Terms & Conditions – Prestige Golden Grove (Channel Partner Disclosure)

1. Channel Partner Disclaimer

   The website, advertisements, and communications related to Prestige Golden Grove are operated by an authorized Channel Partner of Prestige Constructions. We are not the developer or promoter of the project. All project-related approvals, construction, delivery timelines, specifications, and commitments are the sole responsibility of the developer, Prestige Constructions.

2. RERA Registration (Channel Partner)

   The Channel Partner is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

   This registration permits the marketing and facilitation of sales for projects developed by Prestige Constructions.

3. Project Information & Accuracy

   All information, images, floor plans, layouts, specifications, prices, amenities, and availability shared on this website or through our representatives are indicative in nature and subject to change at the discretion of the developer without prior notice. Final specifications, pricing, and allotments shall be as per the Agreement for Sale and documents issued by Prestige Constructions.

4. No Legal or Financial Advice

   The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Prospective buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence and verify all project details directly with the developer and through the official RERA portal.

5. Pricing & Offers

   Prices, payment plans, offers, and schemes mentioned are indicative and subject to availability, revision, and approval by Prestige Constructions. Any discounts, offers, or benefits are as per the developer’s prevailing policies at the time of booking.

6. Images, Visuals & Representations

   All images, artist impressions, layouts, and visuals used are for representational purposes only and may not reflect the final product. Actual specifications, fittings, finishes, and views may vary.

7. Bookings & Payments

   All bookings and payments shall be made directly in favour of Prestige Constructions or through official payment channels authorized by the developer. The Channel Partner does not collect any booking amounts in its own name unless expressly authorized in writing by the developer.

8. Data Usage & Communication Consent

   By submitting your contact details, you consent to be contacted via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for project-related information, pricing, offers, site visit coordination, and booking assistance. Your data will be used only for this purpose and handled as per applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

   The Channel Partner shall not be held liable for any changes, delays, cancellations, or modifications made by the developer with respect to the project, including timelines, approvals, layouts, or pricing. All contractual obligations rest with the developer as per the Agreement for Sale.

10. RERA Compliance & Verification

    Buyers are encouraged to verify project details, approvals, and registration status on the official Telangana RERA website and directly with Prestige Constructions before making any purchase decision.

11. Jurisdiction

    All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities in Telangana, India.
